Mehdi EL OUATIB is a legal expert specialising in corporate law, taxation and the legal structuring of economic operations. As Director of the legal department at Legal Counsellors of Africa, he advises businesses, investors and executives on securing, organising and developing their activities across Africa.

Holding a Master's degree in Law from Hassan II University of Casablanca, he has in-depth expertise in company law, corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, taxation and strategic advisory on commercial and investment operations.

Since September 2024, he has been providing outsourced legal management for several accounting firms and supports a client base of over 200 companies, including international groups and multinationals, across their legal, regulatory and operational matters.

His approach combines legal rigour, a strong grasp of economic stakes and a strategic vision, delivering secure, pragmatic solutions tailored to the demands of today's business environment.
